Right now SN traffic is coming from DCB, when this goes down does SN continues from DCC?

Hi, I am not aware of any disaster recovery IP for SNC solutions, and your instance IP address remains constant.
If SNC need to enable a failover to the backup instance\data center, they update their network\load balancers\DNS so that the IP is directed to your backup instance.

Thanks for looking at this question, my understanding is also similar on instance IP address.
Hope ServiceNow gives more information on disaster recovery IP to customer from their official docs.,
