Accidentally deleted SOW itil Audience

HELP!! how do i restore or add it back? 

This is for the e-book assignment 3.3 :((

Try looking for this record in the Deleted Records table.

or

If it's an OOB record you can import the same from your personal developer instance

I tried restoring everything in deleted records but it doesn't seem to have fixed all of the broken records/roles.  I probably did the same thing as the OP.  Accidently made 2 of a record and just tried to delete the one record and destroyed the whole SOW ITIL Audience.
