ACL : Non-Editable by anybody with the "itil" role

I have a requirement where I have to restrict the user from editing the rows in related list with role: itil
They should be only allowed to view the record in the related list.

@Deepika Mishra Create a write ACL on the table shown in related list and in the roles section add the role which the ITIL role doesn't have (e.g. admin). This way the ITIL user will not be able to edit existing records. In order to give them the read access you can create a read ACL on the table shown in related list and add ITIL role in the roles list.

Hi @Deepika Mishra ,
You can restrict the records in the related list by creating a Write ACL on the related list table.
For example, I can create a Write ACL on the task_sla table and restrict ITIL users from viewing that records.

you need to use field level WRITE ACL but it will get applied on normal form as well.
Please discuss with your customer on this.
