Hi Folks,

 

When doing discovery via integration i can see ip address and serial number is not populating in server class.

can somebody suggest me how to populate IP address, Serial number Fields from multiple tools integration into server class.

How you are integrating it? Can you share more details about what has been done so far?

I can see many tools updating the CI's. Are they class-specific or just bulk updates? If many tools update CMDB you should set a precedence according to which tool is giving detailed data. If you do not set it the ci will keep getting updated with the data coming in from the source systems.
