Active install = False for the latest version

Pls let us know Why active install is false on the lastest SW version, where the old versions show as active install is true.

Hi LearnerSN7,

 

Active Install being false on the latest version while older versions are true in ServiceNow usually indicates a timing issue with the "SAM - Deduplicate Install Table" scheduled job, which runs weekly to identify multiple installs and set only one to true. If newer installs appear, they may temporarily show as false until the next reconciliation.
