Additional comments: There is system property which limits only 250 notes to display in Case/Incident/Change. This means Service Now will only return the latest 250 entries in the ticket's activity. If we increase the current number of 250 to a higher number, this would resolve the issue; however, We need to know is  there would be performance impacts on the instance.

I agreed , there is property but there is no harm for increase the count but dont increase much.
