I’ve primarily been using AI for Configuration Management and CMDB guidance, and I’ve found the recommendations reliable in most cases. This has made me curious about using AI more proactively to monitor CMDB data, provide daily insights, and flag issues or unexpected changes resulting from Discovery. Has anyone implemented AI for CMDB monitoring or data-quality management? If so, I’d appreciate hearing about your experience, approach, and lessons learned.
