I do well with creating conversation flows with Virtual Agent, but am missing something trying to get the Micro Cert with having an issue with the Edit Conversation Flow with the document provided. I keep failing after trying multiple times with trying to follow the download.
Does anyone have an image capture of the completed flow? I hate to ask this, but this is holding me up and driving me nuts trying to figure out what I am missing on.
