We have configure a couple of ServiceNow Egress connectors in Apptio to send data from Apptio to ServiceNow.
I created the proper reports for Service Offering TCO (Including Breakdown 1) and Service Offering TCO (Including Breakdown 2). The connectors seem to be configurated properly in Apptio Datalink, I can trig their execution which completes successfully for both reports but unfortunately there is no data that has been received on the ServiceNow side.
The configuration on ServiceNow seems to be correct but we can't find anywhere to see what the error is or why the ServiceNow tables to import the data are empty despite the correct execution on Apptio side.
The tables x_appt4_apptio_ser_apptio_service_it_tco / x_appt4_apptio_ser_apptio_services_offer are always empty.
Any suggestions on how troubleshoot this issue on ServiceNow?
