how should I form a by directional integration between Armis and SNow? Using service graph connector we can bring Armis environment data to Servicenow only by cannot send data from Servicenow to armis. So, is there any other way of doing a by directional integration between Armis and SNow?

So you can't create a connection from ServiceNow to Armis and now you want to integrate Armis with Snow? Or are you looking for a solution to get the integration between ServiceNow and Armis working, since you are asking this on the ServiceNow community and not the Armis/Snow. Did you check here: https://www.snowsoftware.com/ ?

Ah, at last, the perfect example why everyone needs to stop referring to ServiceNow as "SNow". "SNow" and "Snow" are competing software products. "SNow" is an unofficial and incorrect abbreviation for ServiceNow whose origins are unknown but suspect. "Snow" is a competing product in the software asset management space, which has been purchased by another competitor, Flexera.
It's not like we call Microsoft "MSoft" or OpenText "OText" or Infosys "ISys" (which would be very unfortunate!) Can we not just call things what they are? It's ServiceNow. It's not hard to say and not hard to type. But if the extra typing is that much of a burden, just call it "Now" or abbreviate it SN. I prefer just using ServiceNow. Stop the insanity. <descends from soapbox>
