Hello everyone,
Want to get an opinion of designing reconciliation rules. If both SCCM and Tanium SG connectors are integrated with SN and fetching the same Computer CIs, ideally how to reconciliation rule should get defined i.e. which integration should take higher priority? or if there are any better approach to define the reconciliation rules for both these integration? If any specific attributes needs to be defined for each application?
Thanks in advance!!

It totally depends on the quality of data coming from both the data sources which will vary based on the organization's infrastructure set up. You need to discuss with the organization's configuration manager, owners of CI classes which will be populated through the integrations, SCCM tool teams and Tanium tool teams to understand which will be a more trusted data source for each CI class and each attribute. Define the reconciliation rules only after this is discussed, finalized and documented.
