Aruba Access Point Serial number update set

We are having an issue with discovery not pulling in the serial number for the Aruba Access Points. I opened a HI ticket (A year or so back) and they cannot help us because we are using a custom probe.  We were directed to the ServiceNow Community and it looks like the update set that provided in this article might fix the issue but it looks like it is for the Paris release.

My question is, is the link above the most up to date update version for this update set?
