Hi,
In the CMDB computers table ITIL users able to preview and open the "assigned to" user record for the CI record. But when try to preview the "assigned to" user record for inactive users it shows "No preview available".
There is a query business rule in the user table to show only active records for non admins. I think this BR causes the issue, so I deactivated that business rule. Still I am facing same issue.
Can anyone suggest how this previewing will work, how to show the inactive user records preview for ITIL users.
