Audit History updates

Hello All,

 

While checking audit history of CI,I am getting created date of today .This CI was created on 25th May 2023 and last updated on same date .What could be the reason ,I am getting created date of today .For few type is Audit .Also created by ,updated ,updated by fields are empty.

History records are created on demand, at the moment you select the UI Action to view the history.  Their time is always going to be the time that they were requested.  So you should not use the sys_created_on or sys_updated_on fields for these, as they don't contain the time that the actual source record was updated.  Use the updated time field for that.  This is just how the platform works.
