Auto Approve Change Requests using Now Assist Skills and AI Agents

How do I Auto-approve a Change request in Flow Designer using AI Agents and Now Assist Skills? 

Flow Designer throws below error: Error getting record for sys_ai_record_activity: java.lang.NullPointerException:

Any assistance would be appreciated soon.

Requirement:
Bot automatically approves routine access requests, speeding up the process and reducing manual work.

Decision Rules:

- If Risk is "Low" or "Moderate" AND Impact is "Low", then decision = "Approve".

- Otherwise, decision = "Reject, and suggest a manual CAB review".

Why not create this in Flow Designer? Isn’t this a use case for AI/Now Assist? @pallav_nagar

As mentioned initially, this is a usecase for Now Assist Skills and AI Agents itself.

Auto-approval can be handled through Flow Designer, so adding Now Assist would be unnecessary overhead.

It would be better to log a case with SN since you’ve already repaired the request plugins
