Hi Community,
Our organization is currently shifting our ITSM support model to align with CSDM best practices by moving from Business Applications (cmdb_ci_business_app) to Service Instances (cmdb_ci_service_instance).
However, we’ve hit a significant roadblock regarding our existing reporting. Most of our legacy reports are built directly on the Business Application table. When we try to bridge the gap using the CMDB Query Builder to join Business Applications to Service Instances, we are seeing a massive influx of duplicate records.
This is skewing our KPIs and making our operational dashboards unreliable.
