Business portal not loading

Hello, 

 

I was trying to setup the SOM module on my PDI(Yokohama). I have installed all the necessary plugins and have also loaded the demo data. 

I went to the business portal to test the product catalogs, but when I'm trying to open it, i get this(no matter how much I wait):

Am I missing something?

Can you check if all necessary plugins have been installed in your PDI environment related to SOM?

  • Navigate to https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do
  • Click on Manage Instance
  • Search by Software Asset Management 
  • Activate 
  • Load demo data
  • Make sure you will try once in Incognito/Inprivate browser
