Buuuuuuuuut ☝️ The question seems to be a bit misinterpreted, so it will strongly depend on how one understands it. The Inbound email action is matching the existing records by Watermark (so the ✅ C. Watermark is correct), but it is checking this Watermark agains the Email Body as well as Subject Line.
So is the B. Subject Line ✅❓correct as well or not? It depends on the nature of the phrasing and I think the question is just wrongly copied from god knows where...
This is the reason why it's not recommended to use the unofficial study materials but it can bring more chaos than studying from the official class eBooks and eLearning materials.
