Subject: Missing "Life Cycle Stage" and "Life Cycle Stage Status" in Change SOW > Affected CIs

Hi Community,

I've noticed that the "Life Cycle Stage" and "Life Cycle Stage Status" fields are no longer visible in the Affected CIs section of the Change SOW view. These fields are still present and populated in the individual CI records, but they don’t appear in the list view when analyzing a change request.

As a Change Manager, it's crucial to have visibility into the lifecycle state of each CI (e.g., Operational, Deploy, etc.) directly from the change record—especially when multiple CIs are involved. Opening each CI individually is not practical and impacts efficiency.

Interestingly, these fields were visible earlier, so this seems like a recent change or regression. Has anyone else experienced this? Could this be related to a view configuration or ACL update?

Any guidance or suggestions would be appreciated!

Thanks in advance.

Hi @ab_frostbite

My experience says it was never available on the related list. You need to view this field directly by going to the CI table.
If you have any screenshot, please share it.
