Can i provide a perfect Application dependency mapping manually without using Discovery process using Mid servers.

If it is possible and can be used same for CSDM implementation as well.

If your question is if it is technically possible? Then yes. But is it possible to maintain? Most likely not.

I would not recommend that approach.
