Catalog Items Hidden on CSP Despite snc_external for loged in consumer

Hello Community,
We are configuring our Consumer Service Portal (CSP), and we're running into a persistent issue where our Record Producers/Catalog Items are not visible to logged-in consumers.
We have already performed the basic checks:
User Role: The consumer user is correctly logged in and has the sn_external role (or the appropriate CSM Consumer role).
Item Availability: The "Available For" related list on the Record Producer/Catalog Item is configured for the sn_external role.
Active Status: The Catalog Item and its Category are both Active.
Despite these correct configurations, the items do not appear in the main catalog view or in the search results on the CSP. They are visible to internal users (with itil or admin roles) on the same portal.
