Category and Subcategory are fields that provide a way to classify Configuration Items (CIs) and are typically used to organize them in a logical hierarchy.
The Category field is typically a high-level classification (such as Hardware, Software, Network, etc.), and the Subcategory field allows for further refinement or specificity within that category (e.g., for Hardware: Servers, Routers, etc.).
you need to set the value while importing data using transform map, integration or manual update.
