Change in position of form sections not reflecting on form

After changing the position of form sections in "sys_ui_form_section" table, respective changes are not reflecting on the form(cmdb_ci_computer). However if I look at the sections in form designer, the position of sections are showing correctly as set in "sys_ui_form_section" table. What could be the issue? Am i missing something ?

Please provide some screen shot. Are you save the changes., try once from from design and do cache.do
