CI identifier is not working

Hi Experts, 

Could you please suggest we have created new custom CI identifier rule and it is not working as exepected.

Could you please suggest how to fix this issue ?

Without Your IRE details, can't say why it is failing.

Hey we are facing a similar issue. We added an optional condition to the identifier for Hardware rule, excluding a data source to check for serial number as we are using correlation id as the unique identifier. The IRE still checks the CIs from the discovery source and ignores the optional condition. 

Any idea how to resolve that?
