CI is available in Prod & Dev but can't find CI in QA

Hello Everyone,
I have one INC user is saying that CI was available in Prod & Dev  CI got created on 27th July but we can't find CI in QA because it was cloned on 20th July that's why not able to find that CI. We can do manually by importing xml from production to QA.

How to eliminate this issue in future?

Hi Abbas,

 

Well, it is more of data & bound to have differences unless you have a routine check to upload or create entries in all instances. As a matter of fact ideal will be to import it in all other instances post creation in one of environment.

Alternatively, to keep things insync you can define a monthly clone cycle or so.
