CI Model categories

Can someone help to understand the relation/differences on the below 3 scenarios

1)Few CIs showing Model category-Computer under hardware table where as class as "windows server" under computer table.

2)Few CIs showing as Model category-Windows Server under hardware table where as class as "Computer" under computer table.

3)Few CIs showing as Model category - Hardware under hardware table where as class as Server under computer table

Model categories are related to the model selected on the asset record which connects to the CI. A model can have multiple categories depending on how the asset is to be managed. This means that two assets with the same model, could have different model categories if the model is configured for this
