Hi,
ServiceNow has suggested to our customer that when CI's are ingested into CMDB from a Service Graph integration (e.g., Solar Winds or Crowd Strike) that for certain conditions (e.g., missing serial number) they can set the CI's to a "in review" status and have someone approve / reject inserting into the CMDB. The disposition would be saved for future insertion attempts. Please share your inputs if anyone has worked on this feature before.
