CI Total does not match the CI Overview

how come i see on my servicenow cmdb dashboard a total of ci that does not match with the total of ci overview ?

Hello,

Please attach a picture of the dashboard you're referring to. Is this an OOTB dashboard? If not, please review the filters on the report to review any possible exclusions that may be in place
