CI relationships are used in CMDB to model dependencies between configuration items.

For example:

Application Service → runs on → Application Server
Application Server → connects to → Database Server

These relationships help ServiceNow perform impact analysis during incidents or changes.

While preparing CIS-Data Foundations material, I created a short video explaining this concept with exam-style questions.
