Greetings everyone.
I recently started my journey into ServiceNow, and am now preparing for the SN CSA certification: i must say it is quite refreshing to restart learning a new product after so many years.
While playing around with Mapping Assist in an excel import into CMDB, i have noticed that the orders in the Field Map cannot be changed on the GUI (or at least i could not see it):
essentially the map with the items on the left (staging area) are mapped with the target ones by the order these last ones are added into the Field Map.
For cases with few fields it is ok, but when there are many fields to map, would be nice to be able to re-arrange the mapping once the fields are in the Field Map.
Due to my lack of knowledge , i may be missing something.. so if any of you can shed some light it will really help to understand.
