Q1) B and C
Incident Management focuses on restoring normal service as quickly as possible to minimize disruption, while Change Management controls and implements changes to prevent future issues
Incidents can be caused by failed changes, and some incidents may require raising a change for a permanent fix.
Q2) Date

Hi @sukyungk ,
01. What are key relationships between Changes and Incidents?
Correct answers: B and C
Sometimes a Change (like a system update) can cause an Incident if something goes wrong.Other times, a Change is made to fix or resolve existing Incidents.
So, Changes and Incidents are closely linked — one can cause the other or help fix it.
A Change might cause an Incident (something breaks).A Change can also fix or resolve an Incident.
#02. Variable type for “when they need to receive the item”
Correct answer: D
Use Date — it lets the requester choose a date from a calendar.
we cannot use the duration type it looks like this-
'date picker' and 'due date' type not available in servicenow.
