Please suggest if anyone knows about how to Replace "UPDATE" button with "SAVE" in all the forms (INC, CHG, PRB, CHG TASK)

You shouldn’t replace it, as it’s a global button. However, you can add a Save option along with Update if you still want to hide it. Check this UI action and set it to false, then check again.

Navigate to sys_properties.list and make glide.ui.advanced to true
This will enable save button visibility

And you can make the Update UI action as inactive

Please inform customer that it's not best to do this.

Update and Save both have different meaning.
