CL Class manager reloading issue

When I click on CI Class Manager Open Hierarchy its reloading and page is not visible. Can anyone please confirm what changes impacted this issue.

Is this observed regularly? Sometimes the page does not load fully or takes too long to open and then later works fine if we reopen. Did you try with a different browser and also on a different network? 

Also if it is a regularly occuring issue, are you seeing any error messages? 

No error message only Loading hierarchy is visible.

Did you check if it is a role related issue? What roles do you have on that instance?
