CL Class manager reloading issue

When I click on CI Class Manager Open Hierarchy its reloading and page is not visible. Can anyone please confirm what changes impacted this issue.

Ok. Then it is not a role issue. Did you check whether the issue is coming on different browsers?

yes same loading issue for approx. all user in Dev Instances

Hi @Ajay Singh2 ,

 

This is a common and a known issue , it usually take 3-5mints to present the CI class manager work area. This is because that section has to load whole lot of data behind the scene. 

 

Some times the even after a wait time you get nothing on the screen. Try clearing system cache and reopen it.

 

For smooth fix raise a HI case this may be related to performance and data.
