Cloud Service Accounts not in Service CI's list

Starting to build service maps for our cloud platforms. The mappings look great and exactly what we're looking for. However, when doing impact analysis on a change to a Cloud Service Account, the 'Refresh Impacted Services' action does not identify the Application Service as being impacted. It works when I select any other CI type.

 

My question is there somewhere that controls what CI types are loaded into the svc_ci_assoc table?
