CMDB CI Class

Hi All,

I am part of a CMDB team in our organization. Got a requirement to define Class of Non-Tool Configuration items.

Can I get some insights about Non-Tool CIs. What all classes comes under Non-Tool CIs?

It would be very helpful if I get the examples of tool and Non-tool CI classes.

As it is not any standard term, you should try to get more clarification on the requirement. Ask them for the types of CIs which they consider as 'Non-tool' CI classes. Get some examples of devices and models for these. Then you can analyze and suggest the right CI classes.
