Why for 1 data certification only one task is been created for different records?

The reason only one task is created even though there are multiple records is usually related to how the certification definition is configured (OOB).

The platform creates one task per certification schedule/definition so that a certifier can review, update, and sign off on all related records within a unified view, rather than opening dozens of separate tickets.
