CMDB Data Manager Archive policy tasks stay pending

I have created an archive policy in the data manager that do not need a review, so the tasks created should be automatically approved.  I see that the subflow completes, however the task remains in a state of 'Pending' and the CI's that fit the policy filter (there are 5300 records) do not actually get sent to the archive table.  Is there some configuration that I need to change to get this policy to run/complete properly?  I am not sure if just the sheer amount of records take too long to process or what the issue could be, but appreciate any advice.  Also, I know that there is a way to create an archive rule, however my understanding is that for archiving CI's, we are recommended to use the data manager policies.

I am also facing the same issue I do not have much data as an initial run it is only 92 records and   could see in 92 records I have still 39 records that are not archived... is there a way to push these Ci to archive the task is running for the past 3 days.....lolz there are some empty line items do you think the search went into a loop.
