CMDB Data Manager -Certification Group not visible

Hello Experts,

 

I am trying to select a GROUP from sys_user_group in Policy Creation for Certification.

But that Group name is not populating in below.

Hi @Nisha30 

 

Are you admin / do you have ITIL role.

 

1. Ensure CMDB Workspace plugin version is up to date.

2. Create your CMDB Data Manager policies within the CMDB Workspace application scope, as some settings are restricted in the global scope.

3. The users might failing the table level read ACL on sys_user_group table.

   If you are not an admin, ensure that you have the necessary read ACL permissions on the sys_user_group table.

 

Assuming  that specific group that is active.

Hi @Nisha30 

Select Specific User Group you can able to choose the group but you need to have basic roles for that 

Role required: sn_cmdb_user, sn_cmdb_editor, or sn_cmdb_admin

But I am admin here , it should not matter , to Configure why the groups does not show up not sure
