Hi,
While I am applying the filter in CMDB ata manager policy for archiving policy type. It is not picking up any CIs while clicking on run filter. Where as in retire policy type it is picking the number. I am facing this issue in my personal instance as well. Can anyone suggest a solution for the same.

Hi,
What's the life cycle stage of the CIs? For an archive rule it needs to be 'End of Life' while for a retire policy it should not. This is automatically added and not part of the conditions.
If you run the filter and then click on the result link
You can see the filter being applied
Ensure that the CIs have the proper Life Cycle Stage for the policies to work.
Regards,
Niklas

Hello Niklas,
Thank You for your input, but the way you are showing , same way already it is showing the life cycle stage is showing end of life, and I see that there are CIs in the CMDB_CI table which I try to filter, but still it is not populating.

Hi,
What are the conditions for your policy?
