CMDB Lists Visible in Service Operations Workspace for Admin but Not for ITIL Users in One Instance

Hi Team,

I'm facing an issue with CMDB visibility in Service Operations Workspace.

Scenario:

Users with the admin role can see the CMDB lists (Applications, Servers, Services, Devices, Databases, etc.) in the left navigation menu of Service Operations Workspace.
Users with only the itil role cannot see the CMDB section in one instance.
In another instance, users with the same itil role can view the CMDB lists without any issue.
Expected Behavior: ITIL users should be able to view the CMDB lists in Service Operations Workspace, similar to the other instance.

Observation:

Admin users can see the CMDB menu in both instances.
ITIL users can see the CMDB menu in Instance A.
ITIL users cannot see the CMDB menu in Instance B.
CMDB data exists in both instances.
Questions:

Are there any additional roles required besides itil to access CMDB lists in Service Operations Workspace?
Could this be related to Workspace experience configurations, navigation visibility rules, or ACLs?
Is there a specific role such as cmdb_read, asset, sn_cmdb_user, or workspace-related roles that should be assigned?
What configurations should I compare between the two instances to identify the difference?
Any guidance on troubleshooting this would be appreciated.

Thanks.

@DhanarajG

check what's the audience associated to those lists.

may be some extra role is required.

table -> sys_ux_applicability_m2m_list
