CMDB Query Builder - No Relationships - Not returning expected results

Hi there! I have been trying to put together a CMDB Query to show me "No relationships" going from a server to an application. 

We do not have the CMDB Health Dashboard configured in our current instance, so using the Orphan rules are not really an option. 

I have followed the guidelines in previous posts stating they are experiencing the same issue. I have Server as the starting node, Application as the other. I have selected the checkbox for "No relationships". 

The query runs successfully, however, it is returning every server record, rather than just those without a relationship. 

Any help on what I may be doing wrong here?

I tried the same in my PDI with same configuration, I am getting the correct result, Like I have 94 Server but when created a query builder and applied the filter found the CI with No Relationship with Application I got 90 Servers reports.

Also I cross checked with CMDB_rel_ci table where parent will be my Server and Child is my Application, I get the same results.

Please check the configuration once again.
