I have noticed that a downstream relationship can suppress an upstream relationship with the same CI within the Upstream/Downstream view of a Business Service. The relationship types are different (Depends On::Used By) for the downstream and (Consumes::Consumed By) for the upstream. The CI being suppressed is a Business Application and the other is a Business Service. The issue was realized when a Business Application was applied incorrectly and the upstream entry dropped off. When the "DependsOn::Used By" was removed, it was restored.
