CMDB ServiceNow Qualys CSAM Integration

Hi, 

We are planning to implement integration between ServiceNow and Qualys CSAM tool using Qualys CMDB Sync Service Graph Connector App. There are documentations provided from Qualys end but no documentation from ServiceNow end. Based on the Qualys documentation we understand this is a bi-directional integration but, our scope is only to populate data from Qualys to ServiceNow. It would be helpful if someone could provide some information if already implemented.

Sandeep, currently we're testing the integration (non service graph). The integration has two option to map data to the cmdb one using the IRE and the other using the classic Transform maps.
for the IRE integration we get an approval error so we're evaluating this issue with Qualys. 
some transform maps need to be slidely addapet as qualys has not always the correct infromation in the correct fields but highover oob it works.

Did you get this working with IRE? Are you able to push data from Qualys to CMDB?

Did you have to update the CMDB forms to accommodate CSAM?

Hi All, 

Has anyone successfully completed the integration between ServiceNow and Qualys CSAM using Qualys CMDB Sync Service Graph Connector? Can CSAM be used as a discovery source and push the data into CMDB? Does it give an accurate accounting of the devices on your network?

Looking for any newer updates on this as last post from 2023 said there were issues getting this to work with IRE. Hope to find someone who has this working as need to know the issues if go this route. Have lots of docs on how to install/implement from Qualys but not from ServiceNow side for CMDB to load data from CSAM.
