CMDB - Workspace Form Design/Layout and View glitch

I ran into a problem trying to setup the view for CMDB - Workspace for cmdb_ci_vmware_nic that I haven't encountered elsewhere and even when I reverted and tried again, I got a pretty similar situation but I'm not sure where to look for the flaw.

I don't seem to be able to switch to the other view types, it now only shows the Default view as an option even though it has a CMDB - Workspace view that somehow isn't in the CMDB Page Template scope.  When I go to Form Layout to see what type of scope it should be, it says global, but even when I switch to Global it won't allow me to make changes in Form Design.  Can anyone help with some pointers of what could be the cause of this behaving differently than the rest?

Hi @Travis Michigan

1.Please check is any UI policy hiding it.

2. Please check view available for all group/ users.

3. The view rule and make sue it is enabled.

Edit Module --> view name" (view name" should be in View Rules with the corresponding table).

Thank you but no those don't appear to be the issue.

Could you please try with another view , let see if it works?
