CMDB Workspace Tasks

As I'm working for us to utilize the CMDB Workspace moving forward I'm having issues figuring out a good way to view all tasks within the workspace and not just ones assigned to me. 

My goal is to view them from a management and tracking perspective. If they are viewed outside of the workspace then you can't view the details of the task, example being an attestation task. 

The filters within the workspace are locked down, which I understand, but it seems either the view I'm looking for was overlooked or I'm overlooking how to accomplish it.

Hi David,

CMDB Workspace is little bit trickier when it comes to customization. There are multiple options from where we can configure the filters and other configurations. 

So, if we talk about the example you mentioned about attestation task, if you wish to change the filters you can look sn_cmdb_ws_imp_action_card_config table. You can configure the filters from here as they are locked in Workspace view.

Similarly, if you can leverage this table if you wanna customize any of the Important action cards.

Thanks for the idea @RamanMishra112. I'll make sure to take a look. 
I'm hoping I don't have to customize an existing view, but rather create a new one. If I did have to customize, I'd only want it to apply to me for now.

Wanted to provide an update as this was a learning issue. You are able to view the tasks, getting there is just not the most intuitive. 

When in the CMDB Workspace you go to Management then Data Manager. On that page you can see the total open tasks, unassigned, pending, etc.
