CMDB Workspace : Under My work no tasks are apearing

Hi Team,

 

Not able to see any tasks under My work(CMDB workspace), And number of tasks are already open and assigned to ci owners who have all roles and access to CMDB workspace but still they task are not appearing under my work for any CI owners , (Follow on Task under Audits are already assigned to ci owners) same data they cant see on work space, (need help)

As suggested by Atul there should be some scheduled job etc which should be executed and then it will create tasks
