CMDB Workspace without Menu items

Why is CMDB Workspace without any menu items? 

Instance is OOB and CMDB Workspace just installed but appears without menu items.

As explained in my earlier post, you should not try to uninstall the application. Please click on Repair and it will repair the plugins.

That's odd. I would verify the plugins, and maybe check user roles. Have you checked with another user (admin maybe)? Is it the same behavior?
