Comments Should be Mandatory when user failes any field in Data certification in CMDB Workspace.

Hello Team,
I have a requirement for the Assigned Data Certification task. If a user fails any field, the Comments field should become mandatory. The user should not be able to save the record in the Data Certification task until the required comments are entered.
