Computer CI not updating correctly from Intune.

Hello All,
Lets assume we have below CI's in Intune and also in SNOW:
1. CI = A, serial number = X.
2. CI = B, serial number = Y.
3. CI = C, serial number = Z.
Note: In SNOW, ci A was created automatically via Intune and B, C were created manually (because those were not enrolled in Intune earlier). But now all three are available in Intune.
Now executing the import job, in staging table we are able to view above all 3 CI's with their respective serial number.
But in Serial Number table, we found all three serial number is mapped to single ci i.e. X,Y,Z mapped to CI = A.
